Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. PLUR Gear offers an Exchange Policy only. For PLUR Gear to continue to offer this policy we ask you to simply contact us through email and return the item to us in its original unused condition 21 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly exchange it.
For your own protection, we recommend if you are shipping the item to us, please use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of exchanging the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Unfortunately for customized items, they are final sale; there will be no refunds or exchanges.
No Exchanges or credit on merchandise reduced more than 50% or labeled as clearance items.
